The services included in the offer will be provided in accordance with the current regulations of the Ministry of Health concerning hotel operations, operation of the Wellness centre and the hotel restaurant in this respect.

A reservation fee in the amount of 100% of the first night’s stay should be settled within 48 hours. If the period from the time of booking to the day of arrival is shorter than 48 hours, the reservation fee should be paid by online payment. The remaining amount due should be paid at the reception during check-in.
It is possible to cancel or modify a reservation without any cost up to 3 p.m. 14 days before the planned arrival. In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation at a later date, the guest will be charged 100% of the first night of the stay. In case of no-show of the Guest at the Hotel after the first hotel day, the reservation will be cancelled.
