The services included in the offer will be provided in accordance with the current regulations of the Ministry of Health concerning hotel operations, operation of the Wellness centre and the hotel restaurant in this respect.

A reservation fee of 50% of the price of the stay must be paid by wire transfer within 48 hours of booking (excludes weekends).If the period from the time of booking to the day of arrival is shorter than 48 hours, the reservation fee should be paid by online payment. The remaining amount due should be paid at the reception during check-in.
If the payment is not made within the aforementioned period, the reservation will be canceled. Rescheduling or cancellation of the reservation means that the reservation fee paid will not be refunded or credited towards future reservations. In case of no-show of the Guest at the Hotel, after the first hotel day, the reservation will be canceled.
