Prepayment:
- Free stay of children under 3 years of age
- The reservation fee of 100% of the price of the stay for the first night must be paid within 48 hours of booking. If the period from the time of making the reservation to the day of arrival is less than 48 hours, the reservation fee must be paid by online payment with a specified deadline. The remaining amount due to be paid at the reception during check-in. If the payment is not made within the aforementioned period, the reservation will be canceled.
- Cancellation of the reservation means that the reservation fee paid will not be refunded. Rescheduling of the reservation is not possible. In case of no-show of the Guest at the Hotel, after the first day, the reservation will be canceled.
- The Hotel reserves the right to change the program and components of the package or cancel it due to the regulations in force on the day of the event or guidelines of the Chief Sanitary Inspector or other authority authorized to make epidemiological regulations.
