Zakopane Rooms
Three modular rooms measuring 85 m², 25 m² and 25 m². Thanks to movable partition walls, they can be combined within minutes into one larger space of 131 m², or separated completely for smaller sessions.
It is a format our guests value for its flexibility. You can begin the day with a presentation for the whole team, then after a coffee break divide into smaller groups for workshops, project work or focused discussions.
Aspen Room
Our largest conference space (128 m²) opens directly onto the hotel’s green inner courtyard. Wooden flooring and tall windows fill the room with natural light, creating a comfortable setting even for full-day sessions.
In the evening, the space takes on a completely different character. With the right lighting and setup, it can be transformed into an elegant venue for a gala dinner, corporate banquet or a more relaxed closed dinner.
Davos Room
A more intimate 49 m² space, offering greater privacy and focus. It was designed for smaller meetings where concentration and discretion matter.
