The restaurant, which feeds not only stomachs, but also hearts, will already take you on a magical journey through the flavors of the world on February 14, 2023. It is for you that our Chef and his team, as well as the masters from the restaurant's pastry shop, have prepared a true feast for the palate. When composing the flavors, it was crucial that the love that is between you is also on the plate. And so the shared meal will open with a welcome glass of champagne, which will be taken care of by an experienced Sommelier. The appetizer prepared for Her will be scallops baked in a shell with pineapple and chili salsa. In turn, the proposal for Him is Japanese-inspired beef tataki with ponzu and vegetables.
Seafood, which became the leitmotif of this year's Valentine's Day dinner, by their very appearance and smell affect the imagination and stimulate the senses. They appear in a starring role in the next dish, which is a soup. This bouillabaisse soup, which comes from the Mediterranean, is a perfect combination of fish, shrimp, squid, scallops and aromatic, colorful spices. It's an excellent introduction to the main course, which is the centerpiece of a romantic gathering at a communal table.
Love written on a plate
The main course of the Valentine's Day dinner is for both fans of meaty flavors and those who prefer the delicacy of fish. In the showpiece main course, the chef proposes aromatic deer haunch accompanied by local brassica, chestnuts and an accent in the form of cherries. The second variant is a proposal inspired by Asian cuisine, namely tuna teryiaki in duo with stir fry vegetables.
